🔁 Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

• Used
• Damaged after delivery
• Missing original packaging

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Photos/videos of the product
  in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed via:

• Bank Transfer
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash

within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed after successful product return verification.

Please note:

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
• Unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/wrong item
